the random skill from a ticket will be an available original skill for that ship size class, like heavy class cant get EA, WMB, IGP, APN, the skills you dont see in the original skill page for that ship.
and for MBGalleon yeah it's confirmed APN+WMB are available. I thought it was weird that on the OGP webite, bottle update it says 'This ship is quite versatile, it can have very strong melee defense but also shine with cannons.' for the MBG's description.
