I have a question guys. For a high end trading ship, Im considering getting either this, the High Clipper, or the Flying Cloud. But which one is the fastest out of the 3?

Windjammer has 5 studding sails, while High Clipper has 4 and Flying Cloud has 3. Although not having as much cargo as Flying Cloud, Windjammer is fastest out of the 3 ships you mentioned..

Where to build it?

This is built in London or Plymouth with

Large Flush Deck Style Hull. Both ports require an investment of a few mil to be able to build it, so if your not with England, your need to get an English player (or someone whose invested there before leaving) to to do it for you.
