older post said that the material for this ship was red pine, can anyone confirm that.
If that is the case, is it worth while to change to teak to get +10V +18H sails more? does it make any difference in speed?

Is the Base ship for this a Tea Clipper?

I just tried HQ Rigging and Mast top - It would not add High Lookout to the ship - So the Base is not the Tea Clipper from what I can tell - it only added V/H to the ship

Why add armor to ETeaC? If you want a bit for acceleration throw on a cheap plate from SY.

because armour slows the ship down , and more is better though , considering this ship is aide ship , i guess it wouldnt matter , but yeah some rich kids might want it to have maximum stat as possible , but anyways , all stats affect the price of a ship imo

For ships like this or any trade or adventure ship what you want is Weathered cedar plating(+2 Armour, -0 Ship speed). I have 3 on my ETeaC and they do help increase ship acceleration without any loss to ship speed. Also, I do think the ETeaC is the best overall "Utility" ship, not the best trade ship(RBTC is) and not the best adventure ship(MLS or CCClipper are) but works very well for either trade or adventure.
