this is a good all around low lvl boat. for its lvls it has good dura great speed wave resist and turn. would be a great boat for anyone who is lvling a alt or even a good support boat in ESF (high cargo armour and dura). 75 mill is a lowball offer for a really not that bad ship.

still not worth much, never going to be worth much. few people want to fully improve a boat just for shipwrecks, most any maritime boat with high dura and decent crew will do the job just fine. Improved haul ropes are a marvelous substitute for the haul skill as well.
