it's actually a great ship. if modded well, it's a adv+maritime ship. good for bounty hunters aswell as for pirates moving around

It is an NC ship. It's impossible to make the hull without a `wide ship ornament' which doesn't exist on GAMA.

Even with that part it would be expensive to build - you need a HASC and 3x east asia shipbuilding techniques just for the hull, as well as two players with high skills.
