Why is Festive Higaki >4b but this is not when similar cargo and level requirement and both have Nanban Trade.

This is actually a fantastic aide ship. I bought a ticket for 1.5b, did a g1 cargo fusion, added nanban preference (got a GS on one part I think), set cargo to max w/penalty, refit guns and crew and I have 1165 cargo/nanban pref in a ship I have less than 1.7b in! + the levels make it ideal for an aide, only 6/15/8.
