- Yes, but you have to pass one out of your possession to get the 2nd one. Can only get it if you don't already have it. So pass it to an alt or have a friend carry it. I'm not sure if storing it in vault or quarters will work.

- Assuming you get normal instead of GS or fail this give you +3 while many other parts give something else plus +1 armor so this is really good! Only thing is you always want to max dura first esp if you don't have drainage pump etc! When improvement cap gets further lifted this would fit in more :)
