- Plague mostly happens because: Dirty deck never got cleaned. Turned into rat infestation. Rats never got killed. Turned into Plague. Clean your deck and kill rats, avoid 90% of all plague outbreaks. Scurvy doesn't happen often enough, either. Set aide to surgeon to avoid most if not all crew loss. Don't even need items 1/2 the time. Skill doesn't rank up, either. I agree, waste of a slot.

- Well George that's a part of capitalism mate. Just like when you bring spice back from Ambon and sell it for 15x the purchase price to the market keeper. As long as he's not lying to others players about prices there's nothing wrong with making profit. The game is centered around trading. As for there being a set market price, there isn't, prices fluctuate, free market, you sell for as much as the other party is willing to pay. We're not talking about real life food and medicine here, we're talking about an item in a video game aka a luxury item and a virtual one at that.

- the guy does not target noobs everytime ive seen him advertise he does a 'shout' so that all can see. and if you simply only pay attention to this site you will see all the noobs posting questions about excalibur fragarach balmung etc they dont wanna wait - hell most dont even want to get the skills required they just want the item... supply and demand people - NO DEMAND = NO SUPPLY

- Tbox gets updated every 3 weeks so we'll still have the same MFCV/MNG/MI box next Wednesday... and even when it changes how'd you know there'll definately be CLR? Spreading rumors... making it hard for me to sell my CLR for even just 1.8b... I saw someone else selling for 750m yesterday btw what a steal!

- some ships just cant be raised with ropes. rope breaks after a certain ammount of tries, as well as the skill, but as you level up the skill, youre more likely to get the ship before it breaks. bottom line, if youre thinking of getting a few wrecks for fun, go with ropes. for serious stuff, you need the skill.
