- as i pointed out on the 'heavy' page its about speed not cost the heavy is a slow azz ship i got enough PA for 6 permits, but maybe you lot got heavy galleas because you cant afford a CLR ... obviously i dont enjoy spending cash on a ship, only to watch my prey sail off into the sunset.
