• Huh?? i used gogglemanglatation and am super confused..... it says what? you can attack and run away and still get arms skill?????? Also what does the table mean? "Vessels by a Tamoio withdrawal (total)" Does that mean I can attack a high level fleet, then run away and still gain arms skill??

• I think it means that if you are high level, you need to attak high level fleets The list of ship below table probably mean that it the total of all ship in fleet add up to higher level for better arms skill gain
